To add an order manually to OTO, please follow the following steps.
- Navigate to the "Shipments" page, then click on "Add Order"
- From the popup menu, add the customer details. You can choose the customers location from the map for convenience. Finally, click on "Next Step"
- Fill in the order details including, the order number, grand total, weight, dimensions, package count and the individual products. Finally click on "Add"
- This will automatically take you to the shipment creation page.
NOTE: You can close this tab if you are not ready to create a shipment yet. The order will be found added on the shipments page with the status "Assigned To Warehouse". For help creating a shipment in the future, please click here.
To create a shipment for this order now, follow the window that opened. Confirm the weight and dimensions. Click on "Show Shipping Options"
NOTE: For help adding a default box, please click here. - From this page, you can select the shipping company of choice. You can hover over the "i" icon to view more information on the shipping company. When you make your choice, click on "Create Shipment". Congratulations, you just created your first shipment with OTO.
From here, you can simply click on "Print Shipping Label (AWB)", and attach it to the package.
